We fished at roster rock for the later part and figured it was a good time to take some pics, fish mostly were caught lower in the flats versus the deeper water.  Main goal was to see excatly where Skamania Island was for the boundary in few days where we can legally fish...

We used to fish off the falls and right above the island. There were always some guide boats by the green bouy just below the island toward the oregon side. Did you put in at camus and run up or run down. A fried went on a guided walleye trip and they fished just below the island up against the wa. side and there were some big walleye there but said it can be windy there.

I use to fish above near marker 85, so I was really exploring areas for Over sized and to see what was in between the launches that I have used previously.  We did put in at Washogual and run up, started to fish below the back end of the Island till we got blown back up river...  All of that area should be good, whether the flats or the holes depending upon time of year.

Thats where we fished for over sized between 85 and the island I was wondering how far of a run is it from washougal up to the island but if we needed bait I guess we would still have to put in up above,,

I hear you on that, not too bad of a run, maybe 15 - 20 minutes from Washogual launch at 40mph..
