Potholes Largemouth
« on: May 02, 2010, 09:18:48 PM »
Hit Potholes yesterday with a friend.  Managed 2 fish, 2.8 lbs and 3 lbs.  The largies are starting to move up to the spawning flats.  My buddy caught 2 fish as well, 4.5 lbs and 4 lbs.  The only bad part of the day was we nearly swamped the boat when we speared a 4 foot swell.

I think the open was mid-April.  There was a walleye tourney on Potholes going on and I believe there was a bass tourney as well.

I did. Threw a frog with no strikes.
