Lucy the dog - warm and happy with the pheasants and cold and miserable with the ducks - the duck trip was really cold.

This is my new hunting partner... got him on his first duck at about 12 weeks the last day of the season.. He's at boot camp with Ryan at LongHollow retrievers right now... Been 2 weeks and it is REALLY strange with him not around... Definitely quieter... Can't wait till hunting season to have my partner back full time...
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

My old labs, Wyatt & Dixie, and my current little knucklehead Nikki. We have two French Bulldogs and they are hillarious grunting little creatures. A far cry from my life with labs!  :chuckle:
