BIG THUMBS UP TO A GREAT SITE SPONSOR

I would like to thank Mortgage Hunter, aka Erik Reault, for his superb assistance on refinancing my home. I could not have dealt with a better individual. He handled my refinance better than I ever expected. He and his crew made it super easy for me to do everything over the phone and computer, saving me time and headaches. Even though were on different sides of the mountains, this went flawlessly. He suggested several options, of which one I chose that will end up saving me tens of thousands of dollars over the extent of my loan. Not to mention, we cut my loan time in half at only a very minimal increase to my monthly payment.
If anybody is having thoughts of refinancing (which at this time I would strongly suggest) give Erik a shot. He is an avid outdoorsman that is very straight forward and precise. Support your site sponsors, as they are helping keep this site running strong.

Thanks MtnMuley! I appreciate the kind words.
I have had the pleasure of assisting many of you with your home loans (both purchase and refinances), and want to personally thank you for your business! With our hard work, and your support; Mortgage Hunter Financial Outfitters has earned the trust of Sportsmen/women across the Northwest; making us the preferred lender of the Hunting & Fishing Communities.
Today more than ever before, it is imperative that Homeowners seek the assistance of an EXPERIENCED Mortgage Professional. As an educated Mortgage Banker with over 12 years experience, I founded this brand 5 years ago on the simple concept of “Sportsmen Helping Sportsmen”, and set out with a goal of creating a unique resource that fellow Sportsmen/women could turn to for trusted mortgage advice.
I guess I’ve been doing something right if others are trying to duplicate what we created.
Don't trust us just because we share a passion for the same hobby...anyone can copy that. TRUST OUR EXPERIENCE.
As always.... I welcome opportunity to agressivly compete for your business. Give me a call with any questions or if I can be of assistance...you can reach me directly at 206.852.9964, or Toll Free 866.280.3899.
Thanks!
Erik

Rates are still in the 4's. I know that's pretty vague, but it really depends on the specific scenario. It's kind of like asking what bow should I buy? There are about 26 different factors (ie: credit score, loan to value, etc) that determine the rate someone will qualify for. If you want to give me a call or shoot me a PM, I'd be more than happy chat with you about you're individual scenario and run some numbers for you. Asking questions and exploring your options is always FREE, and I don't need to pull your your credit to do it.
Also....
I’ve recently received a lot of requests from members of the site asking for my take on the markets and advice on how to best time their next move. I’m glad to hear that you’ve you found my past analysis’ to be useful, and I’m sorry for not being more consistent w/ those posts. I’ve never wanted to plaster this site with advertising or use it to bombard you with every product available. However, based on your feedback & requests I can see that my absence has left a void. Unfortunately, anyone can copy and paste someone else’s commentary of the market and post it….in doing so they are only misrepresenting their level of experience to the consumer. As I've earlier....Today more than ever before, it is imperative that Homeowners seek the assistance of an EXPERIENCED Mortgage Professional.
I’m preparing a market commentary that I will post later today. Hopfully this will shed some light on the recent violitility in markets. Stay tuned.....
