Boneaddict those are excellent photos, my first thought was a Hallmart reprint, then I realized  they were your photos.  I don't comment often here because I don't want folks to think I'm showing partiality but these are great.

THANKS!   I think its a warbler of some kind.  Thats a wild apple tree.  I was trying to get an Oriolle in the tree and he/she just showed up.  I probably should have set up a stand and watched that tree.  I could have gotten a bunch of different shots.  Family was waiting though.....

I thought that the Macgillvrays had more of a "hood" on it.  I don't know, I'm just kinda getting started on the whole bird watching thing.

Beautiful pictures, definitely a Wilson's Warbler.  Waxwings are almost twice as big.

Its for sure a warbler.  I'm not experienced enough to tell them apart after the initial ID.  There are a bunch of them.  I hadn't even heard of the Macgillvrays or whatever she called it.  Wilsons is about the only one I "know".

 Very nice, we went for a short hike yesterday, didn't take the camera's and had a Tanager and a Pileated pose for us :bash:. At least it quit raining for an hour. :)
