I snapped this photo on 5/24. I would have thought Does would have dropped fawns in the March/April time frame. This doe sure looks pregnant.
Are they just now starting to drop?

Saw a brand new fawn monday night down in the Blues. Couldn't have been more than a couple days old.
Saw probably 100 does between muleys and whiteys and that was the only baby I saw.

Seen a few really fat does and some bucks with antlers already past thier ears but no fawns yet.

i was out in the blues on sunday and saw lots of deer, no fawns yet, but i did see one elk calf, it was a ways off but it looked pretty fresh.

200 day gestation bred the 1st of Nov. end of May 1st of June for the spotties. Now is a great time to hunt dogs and save the spotties.
