Deer Shed
« on: June 07, 2010, 11:50:42 AM »
A nice deer shed from last weeks hike, I was looking for elk sheds but happy to come across this one - right on a game trail crossing a small creek. It has a nice dark color & is really smooth. Did not find any elk sheds but this one gave me energy to continue & hike my but off,

Very cool!

that a blacktail?

This one was found on the eastside of cascades (about 15 miles east of the cascade divide), probably somewhat of a hybrid mulie/blacktail
