A cougar has been seen around this area several times in the last few years and Im assuming its the same one considering how territorial they are so hopefully I'll get to see him during hunting season!
I've been told that first critter is territorial too!  :P  :chuckle:

Pretty cool man. I hope to catch one on camera someday. This weekend I placed a cam on an elk trail that had a small set of cougar tracks. We shall see.

A friend of mine just had the same thing, But he set it in his back yard to catch the deer they have and to his surprise a big cat was what he caught, most people never realize what walks around there own property. Funny thing is I use and have used cameras for years and I am in cat country and I have never got one on camera, Yet...nice surprise.

My dad and I were talking about it and we are gonna blow the picture up and print it so I cant hang it next to all our other hunting pictures. I still have a hard time believing that we got that pic and that actually showed the whole cat perfect, not one with just a tail in the pic or just part of him.
