Runamuk,

I am sorry but I don't think you understand. More flavors? Are you kidding? Thin cut, thick cut, deli, smoked, the list goes on and on. Please, you simply sound foolish saying sausage is better.

Exactly! Thank you.

Will somebody please end this and put up a bacon vs sausage poll? I don't know how.

Also, ever order a sausage wrapped filet! DIDN'T THINK SO!

Runamuk,

well you have little smokies, breakfast sausages, patties, ground and well sausage shaped..... there are brats and a whole bunch of others and they are spicy to mild made from pork to bear to turkey...... and I really prefer wrapping my lips around a brat than a piece of bacon  ;)       (that was probably too much huh a little over the top maybe )

Too much? Nope. I do love a good beer boiled and then lightly grilled brat.
