Are those "Elk Hunting for Dummies" books that I see in that bookshelf?

Actually, cool idea for a thread.  Good luck with your hunt!

Good luck Ross!
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

not at all.

Although it is pathetic if you unpack it and repack 5 or 6 times between now and then like I will. :chuckle:

Nice HQ.  Don't forget to add the camo pattern to the wall to make if official.

Well I went for a hike yesterday to do some cardio and also to hear some bulls bugle. Well Not sure of mileage but it was about 5 hours of hiking. On the drive there it was wet, but when  I got to my destination it was nice. Anyway, I saw  a heard of 26 cows and calves. I sat and watched them for 45 min. No bull showed himself nor did I hear anything. Found that a little odd with that many cows and no bulls around.

I was out Tuesday evening, and they aren't talking too much yet, Located three bulls, but on the whole, I don't think they're quite amped up yet.
My biggest fear is when I die, my wife will sell all my guns for what I said they cost me!     ;)
