I was under the impression that the blues were kind of "free" from tribal hunting.   I guess I was wrong. 

Not too many places that are free from tribal hunting in WA.

yep had rifles.....but no elk to hunt until some years after the Elk were re-introduced in 1912...Elk were just about extinct in WA come the late 1800's....just sayin'
