I wish!! cannot hunt except for the weekends. But that is definitely better than not getting out at all. Good luck to everyone and stay safe!!!!!!!!

Can't either, have to boat my daughter over to Lopez Is. for HS every day now.  I hate hunting weekends on public ground.  Not sure I'll even get out.  Tried modern last year because of a messed up elbow but have the bow tag this year.  It is hard to scout from the island and when you are self-employed, you gotta work when the work is there....   :(

I was in the field this morning at daybreak smack dab in the middle of a bunch of cows.  Angus cows that is.   :chuckle:  Got a bunch of elk in the pasture on and off all week but not a legal bull in the bunch.   I suspect that the shooting that my wife heard the other night was the demise of the 5 point herd bull.   >:(

Wouldnt surprise me one bit.  A few locals from here at work heard shots over night, still waiting to hear back if it had anything to do with the massive elk heard out here in Snoqualmie..
