Bear baiting/poaching?

Heard that a guy got nabbed recently for baiting and shooting a record book class bear in the Eatonville side of Hancock.  Just wondering if anybody else has heard anything about this.

O that's right. I forgot the Kapowsin closes down, while White River and Snoqualmie Farms stay open
