Fished the white again today
« on: September 10, 2010, 09:00:51 PM »
SSSSSSSSSSSSSLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWW :bash:

fished for 5hrs on the bank and 3hr on a boat. first 4 hrs not even a bite for anyone. then the water calmed down and the guy that i fished with on his boat "why i was still fished on the bank" caught a huge silver native :bash: had to go back, a tolee "spelling" and had 2 other fish on. i hooked up with a fish and no one was around when i yelled fish on. a hispanic guy came over and grabed the net for me which was nice. neted the fish when it came up. only about a 5lb fish, he said keeper. i was happy then i looked down and seen the intact fin :bash: i was sad :bash: i tried to explain that it was not a keeper and he did not understand >:( you know they have been keeping them then :bash: but o well. got on the boat and everything turned off again the guy i was with. hooked up on one for about 1 min then it was off. dam fishin has been slow for about 5 days. hope it picks back up soon. hope to get a elk then turn to some fishing for awhile and put some in the freezer  but got a new rod and reel the other day and got to break it in today so that was cool :IBCOOL: but a keeper or 2 is always nice. i guess drano is junk right now to :dunno:

When you say "the white" are you referring to the White River in King and Pierce Counties or the White Salmon River?
