I've had my training with Federal folks involving cult, organized crime, 1%ers, bangers etc. so when weird ass dead critters make their showing in the dead form you got to step back look at "What in the hell took place here". Chances are you guys are correct some one getting rid of dead stock, but it pays to be careful.

I am familiar with them, never heard of the 1%'ers though. There used to be more but most of the "OMG" gangs of WA seem to have scattered.

We find goat carcasses all the time. Its the choice meat of many folks for BBQ around here. Likely you found a few carcasses from a few good weekend BBQ's. They tie the feet together to hang in the pit.

Lots of hispanic families BBQ them.  Could have been a butchered one
