Donkey Creek Bull?

I was just talikng to a friend of mine who saw a 350 class bull that was arrowed early archery in the Donkey Creek area around Wynoochie.  Apparently a WDFW officer helped the guy pack it out.  Has anyone else heard of or seen this bull?
