nice elk rub

found this rub while out during early archery...never seen the bull that did it but im goin back to put up a trail cam and hopefully get some pics to share.....just for referance im 6'2..im guessing it was about 9ft to the top of this rub

That is a nice rub. Either thats a monster bull, or the elk bent the small tree down and rubbed it (which i've seen).

yeah i was thinkin the same thing...thats why the trail cams are goin down there so i can find out  :o

i know the difference..this wasnt stripped...there was bull tracks all around this tree and a bed 10 yds away

 Yep, good rub there & yes the bull most likely bent the tree over!

  Check out all these rubs if you'd like I took these photos this year, especially look at the one with the bow in the tree I used for height purposes, it's one tall rub! (grin)  Elk Rubs 2010
