Here is to opening weekend!

Life is better than I deserve! I've had a fine dinner of ribs and slaw. (my favorite) I'm currently enjoying a Rum and Coke.... I got an early B-day present today when Sarah asked me to go check out why the Fan on the furnace was constantly running. She forgot she put the dog blind for Chief next to it. Its a Final Approach Mutt Hutt... She did me one better by training my obstinate Chesapeake to use it... I think she missed her calling.... I Never thought to pit the Irish obstinacy of my wife against my Chessie... Not really a contest for the young pup really... Life is good and better than I deserve!

Your wife took the time to introduce the dog to the mutt hut already? That's actually some pretty cool attention to detail

My lab is almost to big for his. He has a hard time turning around in it. My old female, no problem.

Did a little practice in the yard at work this morning... I love this thing! here are a few pics... Gona have to get some real stakes to keep Chief from rolling around in this thing like a Hampster ball! the ones that came with it are a little flimsy... Nothing some rebar and a torch can't solve! I'M PUMPED!
