Interesting to see 509'er's transitions in camp acommidations over the years. Many of us have gone through the same stages. Tent, to lesser RV, Better RV. Small tents where you can't get the RV to. Bigger RV, then with some I see that they go back to a Wall tent.

I don't have the wall tent, but I've got much of the others available to me. I don't have any photos. I remember hunting out of the canopy of my truck with a tarp suspended by Alder trees out the back in the pouring rain of the west side. I went to a camper, then a trailer, A bigger trailer, A bigger trailer. Now if I go on the high hunt, I'm back to a whole lot less gear. No generator. No radio to listen to the game. No chainsaw! No forced air heat! No microwave!

Our camp has certainling improved over the years. We used to be very primative. I remember surviving weeks at a time in negative temps in Montana with an old Colemon tent and the old style dome heaters that you had to pour gas on the dome to light it (those things were such a pain in the azz).

Some great looking camps. I feel like a wuss, we camp at a lake and drive into our spot. Catching fish and hunting deer...it's a good combo. :IBCOOL:

A few years back my brother brought to hunting camp his laptop...a projecter and a movie screen.
We hooked it all up to the Generator and watched "300" the night before opening day.  Here we are in the middle of nowhere watching a movie, I hope the animals enjoyed it.
