It is a county thing. I live in platte county and as far as I know platte county is the only county in wy. that still does it.

dang thats pretty cool. how do you get them in to those traps? are they placed around food or just on travel routes?

You make a set i.e. dirt hole set, flat set, scent post set and walk through sets, just to name a few.  Scents, lures and baits play an important role in trapping.
