So how much do you think is hype to promote production? Always see that this time of the year.
I'd be pumped about trapping season if I had some rats, unfortuately I don't.

I really woudn't know. This a a big furbuyer. The western fur is looking real good from all the reports I have gotten. 8)

Groeny has quite a reputation on other forums, not neccesarily good. Probably the biggest buyer in North America though.
When you say western fur you're really talking about Rocky Mountains and maybe Great Basin. Sitting here on the coast things don't look so rosy. My main furbearers here were always beaver and otter. Wish I could say I had a good cat like you have but I don't. Regionally it might look good or bad and east of the mountains (Cascades) I'd be a lot more excited then I am where I am. (west of the Olympics)
