Need help posting pic of big bull

Titile says it I cant get it to load it says its to big, any help would be appreciated

load it into photobucket and use the direct link  and insert the image into a post

right click on the photo and select "edit"  Microsoft Paint should open, assuming you have Window OS.  Once open in Paint, you can resize the photo and resave it.  If you want to keep your original, change the name of the file when you save it by clicking "save as" instead of "save".  Make sure you size it to under 2MB or 2,000KB before posting.  Hope this is clear enough.
