Fur Handling Question
« on: October 20, 2010, 06:50:37 AM »
I am interested in purchasing a good video(or 2) on fur handling.  I have found a couple, but know nothing of the authors...so anyone have a recommendation??
Thanks

I would ask the local taxidermist or game wardens on who in the area puts up the best looking fur and go get a tutorial, much better than a video IMO.

Hal Sullivan puts out a good one. He covers everything from basic tools to putting up a finished, stretched animal. The one I had covered coons, canines and a few others, but not beaver.

Rossie O'Donnel and Mellissa Ethridge probably have "fur handling" videos out.  :dunno:
