1.  Not sure what swivels you got, but the one on mine just pulled straight out and pushed in.  The sling I put on it had better swivels so I switched to those.

2.  I bought the T3 for my 10 year old son to use.  He is shooting Remington Managed Recoil rounds through his rifle.  They are 125 grain bullets.  During a practice session he put 3 rounds within a 1" square at 100 yrds.  I'm not worried about accuracy with those rounds in that gun.

:)I do not remember which sling swivels come with it but you do not want them. Get the kind that you have to unscrew the deal before the button will work, the bar that goes thru the hole in the rifle post works with the spring powered button. just go to the store and ask for "screw lock quick release sling swivels" :chuckle:
sounds complicated but it aint.

My 3 Tikkas just like to be used as much as possible. I have never had a problem with any of them.
Some people spend their entire life wondering if they made a difference. Marines don't have that problem.

I have a Remington 4 shot holder spring sling on my gun and love it. There the simplest sling to put on. You just slide the pin out and then lock it back in place.

My Tikka really liked the 180gn accubonds.  I now load up 168gr Barnes TSX with the same success.
