Just back from montana deer hunt with another Hunt WA member. Tagged out in 2 days.

Another view. I think he was 8-9 years old based upon his teeth. Really worn down. Also think the antler growth regressed a bit because of his age. Probably a really nice buck 2-3 years ago.

He really smelled from the rut and I ended up making sausage and jerky from him. He died chasing a hot doe. I guess there is no better way to go
