Haha!  I have heard several stories of that shot in Idaho, Wyoming, Alberta, BC, Alaska.  No one knows!  :chuckle:

and the wolf only has 3 legs and the guys hands are enormous and it was shot in Russia and blah blah blah.
This wolf's been dead for 2-3 years now I think.
When did your uncle's friend shoot this wolf?

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Dont know. My wife was talking with a friend about me going elk hunting next week, she sent this picture and said her uncle shot it after it killed some cattle. She lives in Idaho...thats all I know. I did jump on line and google it and think it's probably BS. the picture has been around since Oct 2009 and everything from Alberta, Idaho, Montana, Alaska??? Either way, its one huge freekin' wolf. Wifey sent an email to see if she could verify. My guess is its fake because anyone who shot a wolf this big would be in the paper and I couldn't find a single article from a mainstream paper. Still pretty cool to look at!

I always thought it was photoshop too, but lots of pics are around....probably a dozen different stories.
