I hope he doesn't try driving the road up there that I drove sunday. I was grippin the seat with the crack of my a$$ and I was hoping my tires were doing the same.

Hope he's whacked one already cuz access to the big ones is snowmobile only now.

I can only amagine what kind of mess it is up there now! Does anyine know if he stayed at his in-laws or camped out in the forest  :dunno:

i went up saturday afternoon, wasnt too bad then but man it must have blown to beat the band because there were a ton of trees down that werent down during elk season. i did see a toad whitetail coming out of his unit, i kinda half expected to sim him pop over the hill behind him. he is supposed to call me if he knocked one down, i have not heard a peep  :dunno: if he has popped a toad i am gonna chew him out  ;)

I know that wind storm made a mess of that area! I was just thinking that if he stayed at the in-laws he would have to come down blind grade if he didn't hunt off the top and that road could be NASTY!

He might have a long trip home.  All the passes are closing

I don't think he's planning on coming home until the weekend after Thanksgiving. Hopefully roads will be clear by then.

He did camp up there, and is going to his inlaws from there. I talked to him yesterday. He should be coming out today. Hopefully they can get their camp out.

I came up Patrick trail from the tucannon. pretty scary with the whole family. I hate that road and once I got to part way up it was too late to try going down.

we saw some good whiteys but were mainly just playing with the kids. visiblity was about 75 yards is all.
