When the elk r movin n not stoping for a cow call. I think cow calling makes em book faster.how do u shoot em n the late season

Ahh ok. Cuz I had a small bull trot past my set up close to dusk tonight n did a cow call to get it closer to see if it was a spike or a cow to get a shot off. Plus I've seen cows yesterday the other side of the canyon but they were on a mission n wasn't headin up to where I was lol.

I had 9 elk run by me Friday in the Nile but couldn't get them to slow down for a shot.

make a sound they cant identify, will confuse them, they may look over and try to figure out what made the sound
