Serious shame, I guess some people feel the regs/common sense don't apply to them.

Gotta love how 'rewards' are available for info though, hopefully that will be enough incentive for a witness to step forward and help to nail this guy
Theres plenty of room for all of gods animals.... right next to the mashed potatoes!

I have to wonder if they purposely go out of their way to find someone like this. How hard can it be to find someone to interview who can actually articulate our views as hunters. He said the problem with poaching is that it brings the feds out? WTF!!! That was a ridiculous statement. If I worked for wildlife enforcement I would start a new investigation with anyone making a statement like that. Does he not like poachers in general or just the ones that bring the feds down on his @$$. I'm not sayin'.....I'm just sayin'

It's possible that the guy was just nervous in front of the cameras. I may need to cut him a little slack. This just irritates the crap out of me that every time I see an interview with a fellow hunter it seems the news media has went out of their way to find the most moronic statements from people who don't paint a true picture of the average hunter.

they shot over it, report is slightly wrong I believe.

Also, I didn't see the video but by the name, I think it's a kid??? sounded like he meant that it brings the feds out who might run some critters off?

I know I'll be watching for anything suspicious.

Not trying to play a race card but there is quite a bit of this going on with the workers in the hills! They normally take the meat and do it off the highway... They are one of the reasons the deer numbers in the hills around here are so low  :bash:  I will bet this was a hunter that has no morrals and shot all that stood there  :bash: :bash: :bash:

At least people will be keeping an eye out now. What gets me is that they drug the "buck" or at least the one deer they did take right past one of the yearlings they shot (the one in the picture at the end of the KNDU story) that poor little thing couldn't have weighed more than 65# and if you're gonna end it's life you might as well take it with you and eat it. Instead of just stepping over it while you're dragging your 73" buck to the highway!!!
