savage ml10 ?

Does any one know if the savage ml10 is legal in washington state. I was look at one and thought it would be a cool gun to own. I think i will buy one eather way but just wanted to see what u all know about them.

The savage is designed to use Smokeless powder. So NO the ML10 is NOt Legal in washington during Muzzle Loader season. You can however use it during Modern Season.

Not legal in washington. Indiana where i hunt you can use them and scopes too. They are accurate never use pwoerbelts in them though as they dont not have enouh pressure in the barrel to keep them accurate nor powerful enough for huntingg. Good guns. range and power is the same as any muzzeloader bonus is you can smokelss powder

but you can use black powder or smokeless powder in it so as long as it was loaded with black powder well hunting why would it not be ok. Thanks

It uses 209 ignition only and does not have an exposed breech/nipple.

Yeah it's about as far as you can get from a Washington-legal muzzleloader.
