Since it's the off season, which means we start to get "bored" and look into new things for our bows and gear, I wanted to let my fellow bowhunters know about a broadhead company I found...Vantage Point Archery (VPA). They made heads for other companies and decided to take the best ideas and come out with their own heads...all machined from a single piece of steel. They are not cast and no welds, making them really strong, can be re-sharpened, and shoot like darts...I know...sound like a TV ad...but I just wanted to pass along the info of a great head to those that might want to look around and give them a try. VPA makes both traditional (glue on) heads and modern heads. I shoot both kinds of bows, and like the 100 grain "Terminators" in my compound, and my New Year's Resolution for 2011 is to dust off the recurve and kill something with it...for that I like the 160 grain heads...
