I like the grinder I am going to have to save my money to get one like that. really nice job on the sticks makes me want to make some more. Try chicken one day I did and every body seems to like it.

Got the feedback today.  Everyone loved the jalapeno sticks, much better flavor than the spicy teryaki.  Just so you know, jalapeno with jalapeno cheese is NOT really spicy.  I thought it would be but it's comfortable for most, just a good taste.

The wife just bought a KitchenAid mixer with grinder and stuffer attatchments today.  Now I have to find the time to try some snack sticks and summer snausages!

You will love it we have 2 kitchen aids. One is just used with the grinder for me to grind deer and elk and etc with. I can tell you how many critters mine has done. That thing will chew threw about anything :IBCOOL: I don't have the stuffer. I have another grinder i use to stuff the sticks with and my summer sausage I do by hand.

We ordered the attachment grinder for the kitchenaid but my cabelas grinder got here first.  So I have no idea how it works.  Let us know
