Range finders have to be one of the most upgraded pieces of equipment shooters use. I, like most guys started out with a cheap unit, in my case a Bushnell, next I had a Nikon that was rated for 900yards but wouldn't get readings past 700 yards. Eventually I bought a leica 900 that worked great but it didn't take long I needed more so I upgraded to the leica 1200, again a great LRF. I hope to great a leica 1600 CRF by summer. I know their expensive but well worth the price, save up for a leica. Buy once, cry once.
