in the Wenaha.....
Many men go fishing all of their lives without knowing that it is not the fish they are after.

Sweet pic.  I'm sure glad you got a new camera.

Speaking of sprouting...  I have pictures of this buck from the year before...he's a nice 175 or 180 inch buck with palmated eye guards.  At least I think he's the same buck based on his growth so far.  He doesn't look like he fared too well over the winter.

Nice pics guys. Got home from a weekend of golf at Apple Tree a little while ago and headed home via the canyon from Selah to Ellensburg. Saw a few does but no bucks. Around Indian John Hill I spotted a dead buck, fresh kill, between the freeway. Unfortunatly it looked to be a very nice buck, with a great start to his spread, what a bummer.
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!

I saw that buck on Indian John.  There was a Suburban backed up to it, and I thought they may have hit him, but the vehicle had no damage.  He did look like he was going to be a nice buck.  Very thick bases to start off with.

They seem to like to cross near Indian John, I saw a decent 3 point crossing 1/2 mile down from there two years ago.
