Fresh elk sheds
« on: March 21, 2011, 07:11:31 PM »
I've been watching these 2 bulls for a while now, and early last week they they dropped.  One is a 6x6 which rough score is 348, and the other is a 7x7 which roughly scores 325.  I also found last years set to the 7x7 in the same draw.

Great sheds!!! It's harder to find those over here in the brush.

Thanks guys!  It's always fun getting out there once you know they have dropped!

Ya, other places might be harder, but finding these wasn't the easiest!  Sometimes you can spot them from across the hillside out in the open and othertimes (like these)  you gotta get in the brush and start crawling around, because you know there in there!  You have to come home with a few ticks on ya!
