It can be one of the most crazy places to fish! Like said get there early and camp out. There will be fish there. What will be working on them is up in the air, until the fishing starts. Good luck to you, I am sure I will see you around. As well as a few other faces from here.
I am thinking about fishing drano lake this april because some 300,000 springers are suppose to be running this year. It will be my first time fishing there and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on fishing the lake.

I have seen a lot of different things used, and many different producers.
I will be there on the bank, throwing plugs and spinners at the boats.. probably about 3-4 evenings after work, and all day Sat. and Sun. Anyone coming down that has an open seat.. holler at me,, If you are not scared of YAR!
I'll be on the bank again this year, watchin the zoo.
I fished from the dock in washougal yesterday and you should have been up there. ! fish on the dock right below me. And we watched the guides put on a clinic across the river from us.I left at 10 and the 4 guides i know that were fishing over there had 8 fish on by 10. I don't know how they did for the rest of the day. They were running sardine wrapped kwicks in shallow water.
