Trying out a new lens

Here are a few random photos I took yesterday while scouting for spring bear. Getting a new lens makes scouting awfully distracting  :P

Enjoy.

Well, I'm sorry, I should not that a couple of the shots (stars, and chimney vine) were not shot with the new lens. They were shot with a Canon 10-22mm f/3.5 USM. The new lens I was playing around with in for the rest of the shots is the Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM. It is quickly redefining how I shoot photography.

Thanks a great deal to everyone for your kind words. I get a lot of satisfaction knowing that I created something that might bring someone else joy to look at. Hoping to photocument the spring bear hunt this year. These images are the first of that endeavor.

Happy snapping,

Here are a few random photos I took yesterday while scouting for spring bear. Getting a new lens makes scouting awfully distracting  :P

Enjoy.

Are some of those pictures taken down by Hunters ? The old house looks like a place where I looked at property to buy.

Campmeat
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

Campmeat, you must be totally mistaken. While that old house looks JUST LIKE the one you are referring to, there are no bear around Hunters what-so-ever, and I wouldn't THINK of scouting for them THERE. There are also no grouse, turkey, OR old automobiles that have been taken over by mother nature  :P

That's what I thought. It must be the radiation effect from Japan. No bear here either, nothing.
