I am at $1000.00 on bobcats just like you see. They are just way too time consuming to do and make look right . The top prices on Bobcats are around 1800, the lows are around 450 just to give ya a scale.

Jason4429 you are so right. There is a lot of people who can't make a bobcat look alive like what Charlie did. I have seen so many of them with these real bright pink noses that they could almost glow in the dark. Very nice and smooth mount and love the eyes too in which is the hardest part on them. Great job there Charlie. Love that base too  :) :) :)

Thanks guys. I forgot to mention that this cats left eye was messed up, The eye was bulging and grey and the eyelid was badly scaredand not the same size as the good side. I had to do some sculprting to get it closer to the other side. ANd also the color of that nose was painted by looking at the picture of the cat . Came out pretty close.

Here's a real crappy Bobcat.................yuck ! It was my first and learned some taxidermists can't do 'em. I was pissed.

Yeah that one is a lot better. I have one in the freezer right now I'm not sure what I want to do with. I already have a sweet lifesize BL did for me in the house. I want to rug one someday but I'll probably hold off until I kill a big boy.
