LOL, actually more of a dodge fan....To be really honest, I drive 2 fords...a 1995 F-150 4x4 and a 1995 Ford explorer....I bought them because they were real cheap and big P.O S's... I figure why not....I enjoy working on cars and what are the odds both will be broke down at the same time.....LOL

Just to be clear, I still haven't heard anybody contest the fact that the Chevy trucks in the test videos, have better braking, faster acceleration, firmer frames, less bumper sag, etc... than the fords? just personal preferance talk really...I love how people say "ford doesn't sell the most trucks every year for no reason", no, there's a reason, same reason mcdonalds sells there cheap food more than anybody else, cheap prices. There is however a reason why Silverado is Motor Trend Truck of the Year!
Sorry, FC... I have done my research and don't need a lesson. This is one of those topics where one must agree to disagree.GM has hung on to the 350 (5.7), 327(5.3), etc for decades and decades.. "redesigning from the crank up in not an accurate term".. its just the addition of fuel injection, cam timiing, etc that all maufacturers have done along with probably some better materials.
