how can i try to obtain permission for those lakes. Im assuming that its the small ponds, or that one thats huge with a mini river on the west side of it?

Anybody know of some spots and what to use

They are in the I-82 ponds and rotary lake. They are also in the River.  There are huge catfish in the lakes between Myron and aspen lake.  Those lakes beside highway 12.  They are private lakes. get permission to fish.

thank you much, i know spots to catch yellow bellies but thats not catfishing to me.

For aspen I'm assuming go to the apartments office.  The truck loading warehouse has those other two lakes.  You can access those lakes by Myron lake but I would advise not to as there is a lot of poisen oak and Ivy.  I know people who have permission to all the major private lakes in Yakima county.  I'm pretty sure theres catfish in the private ponds that the gravel pits own in selah.
I've fished those private ponds once or twice and done pretty well by the warehouse.
