Iron Hog Whole hog

Just pulled a little BBQed hog for the family. It was a birthday bash in Zillah over the weekend. Went real well.

Jane owns the Mountain View Diner in Gold Bar. We run the cooker there every now and again and cater events.

I've been wanting to get a grill just like the one you have there but, never really looked into how much they cost.  If you don't mind me asking?  I do almost all the grill work for my family including the in-laws and I usually use 2 or 3 grills for all the meat but i've been seriously considering just buying one big one such as yours and I'm curious about pricing.

I use charcoal and real wood with no lighter fluids of any kind and no gas grills (My preference).

Plateau you might want to check at the local high school I see the ones that the students build at the fairs and they are impressive to say the least. That way it can be custom and you'll be supporting a kid.

Look around on the site and he makes them in all sizes.
The shipping will leave a mark. :yike: It cost me $2000.00 on shipping.
