When I drew Goat Rocks the minute my postcard came in the mail I ran straight to Olympia and Bought my tag. Not long after that they tried to sell me another one. They told me if I didnt buy it it was going to an alternate. I had to go back up and actually show them the tag before they would believe me that I already had one. They had no record of the OIL tags that had been sold from thier office that year. I could of had two goat tag's that year.
