Triplets?
« on: July 24, 2011, 06:05:44 PM »

Nah, we have a doe with twins and another doe in her first breed with a single (pictured).  The mother of the twins must have been just off camera.  Cool pic anyway.  This is in my back yard on my whopping 1/3 of an acre btw.

We have a doe up at our place that has dropped triplets 2 years in a row.  Very cool, and very rare.

These aren't triplets though.  It's a single fawn with it's mother and twins from another doe that is just off camera in this picture.  The pic just looks like triplets

We've got triplets in our yard.  I'll have to post some pics one of these days.  Originally we thought she had twins because she would only bring two out at a time and leave one hidden.  Then there was another doe with a single fawn, but the fawn died around the 4th.  Saw the triplets again this morning as I was leaving.
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

If you shoot the little ones you have spots to aim at! :chuckle:
