hunter safety number
« on: August 01, 2011, 12:27:26 PM »
I am going to be buying an Idaho deer tag here shortly and on the application is asks for my hunter safety number. I can't seem to find my old hunter safety card. Do you guys or gals know any other way to obtain it besides paying the $8 fee, having to mail in a form and waiting two weeks to get a temp one?  :bash:

If you know your W.I.L.D ID # you should be able to log in online and it will show your H.E. #

I do know my wild id but not sure where on the website to look. They don't make that stupid thing very user friendly!

Log in like you are going to purchase a license or tag for the 2011 season.  The first screen it takes you to should be your profile.  Very bottom of that page should contain your hunter's ed info.

Some states require that you have the card on your person, so they order another copy.  I ordered another copy of mine about 3-4 years ago
