Well I agree, I sure don't see anything that would make me thing they are two different bucks. But it's sure a coincidence you guys both just happen to have a camera in the same buck's territory. I guess you better get together and coordinate your hunts so you're working together instead of against each other. It will be interesting to see how this turns out!

isnt the first time it has happened on here..
Last year someone came on with a picture of a buck asking what everyone thought it would score (or something like that) and we had killed the buck the day before :yike:

So I assume you were pretty close on guessing the score?   :chuckle:

Just wondering- how do you know it's the same buck? I agree they look very much alike, but how do you know for certain? Maybe hunter-4-life's camera is in an entirely different county.   :dunno:
split in the ear

plus the same kicker off the left base and same curve to the left eye guard.. Undoubtably the same deer.

Absolutly the same buck...and that is a great area to be set up in.  I checked this cam for hunter-4-life tonight and this area is just run over with great sign.

By the way Matt, do you have a name for this buck?

Don't worry about the exact date. What makes you think I am in a better spot? I have only been here for about two weeks or so and I just got him in a couple days ago. I guess we will have to wait and see.

I would have to agree that he is in a better spot, I think he is well enough away from you that you two will not step on each others feet... this is a small world.

Now Matt,  If some of my deer start showing up on your cams, then I might start to think something is a little fishy.

his dad?

Not even close to the same neighborhood.  Unless this buck traveled 50 miles in the last few years.
