Good Luck! My old man just got back from BC without any luck in the salmon department. There just weren't any fish around.  Seems like there have been some strange runs lately.  Hopefully things work out well for you on your trip to AK. Looking forward to some pics when you get back.

Hopefully the water heats up, been a bad year to start with water temps so low...   Hopefully your there when the run happens and really heats up  Good luck and have a wonderful time, what a perfect area for 5 1/2 days, no crowds and no idiots....   Have fun, wish I was there for sure...

Hope a bear eats your gear and your arms so you have to fish with your butt cheeks!   ;)  Can you tell that I am jealous?   Have fun, be safe and catch enough for us all!

Well Im just got back from alaska!!!!   Was everything that i expected. Had a blast spending time with the family and catching tons of fish. The fish were a little slow the first day and we only landed 11 fish. The second day our two boats landed about 70-75.  No real big fish but caught lots right at 20 lbs.  Our biggest was 26.   Now Im headed to the Oregon Coast to fish for summer runs and maybe another King.....Will post pics when i get back...

Thats why the place is so good, sometimes it is quality, but most times it is about fun and quanity....  Man- Jealous, I miss it bad this time of year for sure..... Glad to see the run came through, several northern areas have been cancelled due to low number in the start but are choking up now at the wier locations... Great job and post those pictures for the rest of us that can't get there this season...
