Looking for a youth sized Left Hand compound Bow
« on: June 20, 2008, 02:18:44 PM »
I'm looking for a youth sized bow for my 10 yr old daughter. Must be left handed and around 25-35 lbs. I'm not looking to break the bank either.

I have a Pearson Spoiler Plus (Left hand) that I would be open to a trade its currentlyset at 74-75lbs but can be tightened down to around 90 lbs. Has a 28 in draw with fineline sight, Star hunter rest and quiver. Bow is a early 90's model and is very fast.

Let me know what you have?

Thanks Dave

have you tried posting on another site like bowsite or archery talk? They also have classifieds where you may find a youth bow for a great deal.

I dont know of any used ones for sale, but have you seen the new Diamond bows. My girlfriend shot one the other day, first compound she has ever shot, she said it was way cool. They are made to be adjusted as the kid grows, and for $35 you can have the limbs upgraded when she needs more poundage. I dont know what kind of mone you want to spend but this particular one was $380 and it was ready to shoot, factory sights them in also.

Hey Gobble,
A buddy has you set up!  He's got a LH Alpine Micro that he wants to get rid of.  They're one of the best kids boows around.  It won't break the bank, either.  When he calls me back, I'll send you a PM with his phone number and a price.

Hey Thanks, Do you know how old it is?

His son is 16 or 17 now, but Alpine hasn't changed the design in a long time, so this year's bow is the same as one 10 years ago.  I'd guess that the bow is probably a 01 or 02 model, but it's just a guess.
