I talk to border patrol many times a year.....They know where my cams are. I even have one of **** ******'s cards in the window of my cabin.

im guessing that he saw the cam and was just giving the owner of the cam a good pic! but i dont think any LEO would do that, i think the side step was just to be in the cams field of view.
