No idea, but congrats to someone!
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.
You are never to old to learn something stupid.

164 more to get out of the five units that have a harvest limit. The rest of the state has no harvest limit and some units are scheduled for a 10 month season. I think Idaho is worried that hunter success will be low and that hunters will not be able to keep the wolf packs from growing.

:yeah:  they plan to shoot 800 wolves. They want to reduce down from over 1,000  to 150 dogs or stop at 15 BP.  I heard they have almost 100 packs hang out in Idaho.    :yike:  I wanna move there.

 :mgun:    85 wolves packs please.

Yes, congratulations go to the successful hunters; likely a 'first-ever' for each of them. I dream of one day having an opportunity to draw on a such an animal.

But might we keep in mind that it isn't an arcade game they are playing and they aren't shooting zombies. I think that "Biting the dust" (nothing personal, SpookG, I'm just gonna use those words as an example) is something that should be reserved for the likes of the Raiders and the Lakers (or zombies) and not the game animals that we hunt.  :twocents:
I'd just like to remind everybody that it's about the hunting, not just the killing. In other words, it's about the total experience, the sport itself and the challenge involved. Bowhunting, done right, is a justifiable and honorable pursuit. Done for the wrong reasons, simply chalking up kills and seeking personal glory, it's taking away rather than giving back to a principled way of life that has to be experienced to be understood. Predators are like zombies to me.  The more that "bite the dust" the happier I am.
