who owns it?

i was just wondering how i would find out who owns some land i want to hunt down in the willipa hills area. i know its just outside the Rainer timber company land that is permit only. Just wanting to know who owns it and if its closed. Any ideas?

Some of the county Assessor's have pretty easy to use online property search programs.
